Warranty & Returns
1. Unless otherwise specified, no return or exchange of merchandise will be accepted. Please read the returns or exchanges policy as specified herein carefully before you place an order.
2. Subject to our 60 days returns or exchanges policy, merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of purchase if the products are found damaged or faulty. You can return for exhange the products within seven (7) days of receipt if the merchandise you ordered are not what you ordered, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, provided that:
- the returns or exchanges policy applies;
- if the merchandise you ordered are not what you ordered, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, the merchandise are unused and in the condition originally sold together with all parts and accessories which are provided with the merchandise including manuals, certificates, labels, tags, consumables, bags, and boxes;
- if the products are found damaged or faulty, please provide the details of the conditions;
- inform our customer service representative timely in order to follow up your case.
3. You agree and accepted that merchandise accepted for returns are only eligible for exchange for a similar product. No cash refund will be offered.
4. You agree and accept that merchandise is acceptable for exchange subject to stocks availability.
5. Products sold with factory warranty are subjec to the return/repair policies of the factory concerned. You agree and accept that it will be at the supplier’s sole discretion whether the merchandise is accepted for return/repair or exchange. We may act on your behalf and return the merchandise to the factory. Under no circumstances will we be held liable for any loss or damages caused by the warranty of the factory/supplier for whatever reasons.
